1)      Fecon Corporation.

2)      Phan Vu Investment Corporation

3)      Fecon Nghi Son Joint Stock Company

4)      Fecon Nghi Son Mechanical Manufacture and Concrete Company Limited.

5)      Fecon South Joint Stock Company

6)      Fecon Piling Construction No 1 Joint Stock Company

7)      Fecon Piling and Construction Joint Stock Company.
