Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 25, 2021 as follows:

1)      Approving business plan for 2021:

-          Revenue: VND2,850 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: VND100 billion dongs

2)       Approving the resignation of Mrs. Tran Thi Thu Thuy as the person in charge of corporate governance as from January 25, 2021.

3)      Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam was appointed as the person in charge of corporate governance as from January 25, 2021.
