On January 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved the plan for selling its treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares registered for sale: 25,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to increase the working capital.

- Trading period: after receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission.

- Trading method: order-matching.
