According to the Board resolution dated January 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the investment in land in Bac Tra My district, Quang Nam province, as follows:

-          Location: Mau Ca, Tra My town, Bac Tra My district, Quang Nam province

-          Area: 251,813 m2

-          Term of land use: until September 2061

-          Total estimated investment: VND95 billion

Of which:

- Owner’s capital: VND45 billion;

- Borrowing: VND50 billion.

The Board of Directors will collect shareholders’ written opinions on the above issue above with the record date for shareholder list of February 08, 2021.
