Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) announces the HODECO Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company (BTHODECO) (is a subsidiary of HODECO) completed the issuance of 1,000,000 shares to existing shareholders. Accordingly, BTHODECO increased charter capital to VND 30 billion. After the issuance, HODECO owns 60% charter capital of BTHODECO, the ownership ratio of HADECO in BTHADECO has not changed before the issuance.
