According to the Board resolution dated January 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the result of share issue  as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 5,187,500 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 5,187,468 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 482 shareholders

-          Total number of shares after the share issue: 108,937,468 shares

Of which:

• Outstanding shares: 108,937,468 shares
• Treasury shares: 0

-          Charter capital after the share issue: VND1,089,374,680,000.
