-          Head office address: lot CN5-04 Nam Dinh Vu Industrial zone, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City.

-          Estimated charter capital: 100,000,000,000 dongs

-          Estimated contribution capital: 90,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 90% charter capital of PBAT An Phat Production Joint Stock Company.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long as the representative of contributed capital of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company in PBAT An Phat Production Joint Stock Company.
