According to the resolution of extraordinary general meeting dated January 05, 2021, the shareholders of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) approved the implementation of derivative securities transactions at TCBS including:

1)                  Derivative securities business (derivative securities brokerage service, derivative securities advisory, derivative securities proprietary trading);

2)                  Derivative securities clearing and settlement;

3)                  Other services under the laws.
