According to the Board resolution dated December 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) approved to consult shareholders in writing about the plan for the receivables with VNT, Phu Nguyen and the payables with VNT, Than Dong, House Trading.

1)      The Board of Directors will consult shareholders in writing about the plan for receivables and payables.

2)      The Board of Directors approved the voting time as follows:

-          Record date for the shareholder list: January 21, 2021;

-          Time to send ballots to shareholders: January 29, 2021;

-          Time to receive feedback: February 19, 2021. 

3)      The Board of Directors approved the voting contents:

 - To terminate the investment cooperation and to divest from Park Construciton Project, Dieu Hoa Lake in Tay Nam Urban Area, Ha Noi City.

  - The proceeds will be used to refund the money that Than Dong International Education JSC transferred to Ocean Group JSC according to the principle contract dated February 24, 2014  among Ocean Group JSC, VNT Co., Ltd., Ocean Thang Long Investment JSC and  Than Dong International Education JSC.
