On December 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (short name: VINACONEX.,JSC) approved the plan for restructuring the investment of the Corporation and VINACONEX Sai Gon JSC in VINACONEX 27 JSC as follows:

-          VINACONEX.,JSC will transfer all of 1,020,000 shares;

-          VINACONEX Sai Gon JSC will transfer all of 520,000 shares.
