Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (NAV) announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated September 05, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved the plan to invest in the workshop and warehouse.

2)      The EGM approved the Resignation Letter of member of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung

3)      The EGM approved the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet as member of BOD.

4)      The EGM approved the resignation of Mr. Ton That Manh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from October 01, 2020.

5)      The EGM approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from October 01, 2020.

6)      The EGM approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong Ngan – Chairwoman of BOD as Legal Representative of the Company from October 01, 2020.
