On August 18, 2020, Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PXS) disclosed the reviewed consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2020. Accordingly, the profit after tax in the first six months of 2020 was 1.9 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax until June 30, 2020 was -365.9 billion dongs. Besides, the audit company gave qualified opinions about the reviewed consolidated financial statements.

Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the warning status for PXS shares and will consider solutions after having PXS’s 2020 audited financial statements.
