Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) has received Appellate Judgment No.365/2020/DS-PT dated September 11, 2020 by the People's Court of Ha Noi City regarding the disputes over the apartment purchase contracts between the plaintiff including Mr. Duong Ngoc Binh, Mr. Duong Hong Minh and Ms. Duong Kim Dung, the defendant New Ha Noi Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and the person related to rights and obligations Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the People's Court of Ha Noi City decided as follows:

−        To suspend the settlement of the petition of the plaintiff for declaring void contracts;

−        To suspend the plaintiff’s petition that New Ha Noi Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company must compensate for the damages caused by void contracts;

−        Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company has no joint responsibilities with New Ha Noi Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company for paying VND1,531,477,725 to Mr. Duong Ngoc Binh, Mr. Duong Hong Minh and Ms. Duong Kim Dung.

−        Besides, the People's Court of Nam Tu Liem District decided other issues on court fees and appeals.
