The Board Resolution dated September 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the record date to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

- Record date: October 16, 2020

- Meeting date: expected in November 08, 2020

- Meeting venue: Hai Au Bien Cuong Hotel Hotel, 8 Bien Cuong, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.
