On 18/09/2020, Mr. Vo Thanh Dang submitted the correction of result of transaction as follows:
My name is Vo Thanh Dang. I am a Member of the BOD and General Manager of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company
On 11/07/2020, I had sent a notice of transaction registration to your Agency registering to purchase 1,000,000 shares of QNS in the period from 16/07/2020 to 14/08/2020
In the registered period from 16/07/2020 to 13/08/2020, I have done the purchase transaction of 281,800 shares
However, in the correction document dated 21/08/2020, by mistake, I have written the purchase amount as 280,800 shares
I would like to correct the transaction result report for the transaction period from 16/07/2020 to 13/08/2020 and notify the registration for the transaction period from 20/08/2020 to 18/09/2020 with contents as the attached document
I assure that I did not intend to do error, therefore, I sincerely hope State Securities Commission of Vietnam and Hanoi Stock Exchange to consider
