On April 14, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.174/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: QBS) into warning status as of April 21, 2020 because the profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2019 was -173.11 billion dongs based on the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements.
On August 28, 2020, HOSE received the semi-annual reviewed separate and consolidated financial statements from Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company. After reviewing, HOSE decided to remain the warning status for QBS and will consider solutions for QBS after having the 2020 audited financial statements.
