Pursuant to the No. 210-2020/PTX-TT-HDQT dated 08/09/2020 of Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of notice of record date for Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the notice of record date for holding Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on the record date of 09/09/2020 as in the notice No. 2654/TB-VSD dated 21/08/2020 of VSD
Reason for cancellation: cancellation of organizing the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders following the directive of the Board of Members of Petrolimex Transportation Services Corporation (Holding Company) on not implementing the change of Members of the BOD for Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company
