Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (GEC) announces the Board resolution dated September 09, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved a record date to determine a shareholder list for the following purposes:

- To pay the 2019 dividend in stock with a ratio of 8%;

- To exercise the share purchase rights for existing shareholders.

Record date: September 21, 2020.
