On 03 Aug 2020, Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the Official letter of the State Bank on eligibility to open Quang Nam Branch of Vietbank as follows:
Official letter No.648/QNA-TTGSNH on approving the eligibility to start operations of VietBank in Quang Nam
To: Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank
Pursuant to Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam providing for the operation network of commercial banks;
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 460/NHNN-TTGSNH dated January 31, 2020 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approving the establishment of branches of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VietBank);
Pursuant to Official Letter No.621/QNA-TTGSNH dated July 27, 2020 of the State Bank of Quang Nam province's branch on changing the registered location of VietBank Quang Nam head office;
Pursuant to the working minutes dated July 29, 2020 on verifying the satisfaction of the conditions for commencement of operation of VietBank Quang Nam
The Director of the State Bank - branch in Quang Nam province confirmed: VietBank Quang Nam, address: No.592 Hai Ba Trung, Cam Pho Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province is qualified to open the operation as prescribed in Circular 21/2013/TT-NHNN
VietBank is responsible for strictly complying with the provisions of Circular 21/2013/TT-NHNN and other relevant laws, organizing the safe, effective branch management and risk of the Branch
