Hoi An Tourist Holding Company announced Board Resolution No.43/2020/NQ-HDQT dated July 27, 2020 as follows:

Due to the effect of Covid-19 pandemic, the Company suspended business activities at its hotels and member companies. The damage from business suspension in Quarter II of 2020 is estimated at 8 billion dongs.

Therefore, the Board of Directors temporarily adopted a business plan for Quarter III of 2020 as follows:

-          Revenue: 8.7 billion dongs;

-          The estimated consolidated loss: 6.184 billion dongs.
