Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2announces the record date for the 2019 dividend payment:

-   Record date: August 13, 2020

-   Exercise ratio: 50%/par value

The one who owns 02 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 123 shares at the record date, he will receive: 123*5/100 = 6.15 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 6 new shares.
