1)      Allowing Kim Phat Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited, 99.9% owned by Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC, to contribute capital to set up 02 new companies as follows:

a)      Phu Hai Real Estate Development Company Limited

−        Address: Bitexco Tower, 02 Hai Trieu, Ben Nghe, district 1, Ho Chi Minh

−        Charter capital: VND100 billion. Of which, Kim Phat Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited invests VND99,900,000,000, accounting for 99.9% charter capital.

b)      Nguyen Phat Real Estate Investment  Company Limited

−        Address: Vietoffice Building, 481 Dien Bien Phu, ward 3, district 3, Ho Chi Minh

−        Charter capital: VND20 billion. Of which, Kim Phat Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited invests VND19,980,000,000, accounting for 99.9% charter capital.

2)      Allowing Saphire Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited, 99.9% owned by Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC, to contribute capital to set up a new company as follows:

−        Nam Thong Real Estate Development Company Limited

−        Address: Packsimex Building, 52 Dong Du, Ben Nghe, district 1, Ho Chi Minh

−        Charter capital: VND100 billion. Of which, Saphire Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited invests VND99,900,000,000, accounting for 99.9% charter capital.
