Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the record date to pay stock dividend for 2019 as follows:

- Record date: August 17, 2020

- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019.

- Exercise ratio: 12% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 12 new shares.)

- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
