On July 29, 2020, the second Annual General Meeting 2019 of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was organized. However, it was not eligible to proceed due to the number of voting shares of attending shareholders was lower than 51% of the total voting shares as prescribed.

            Therefore, now Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank would like to announce the holding of third Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected at 9:00, August 17, 2020

-          Meeting venue: International Conference Center, 35 Hung Vuong, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
