PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) announces Board resolutions as follows:

- On August 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) issued Resolution No.81 approving the draft of Addendum No.1 of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement for Ca Mau GPP Plant between PVGas and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN);

- On August 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) issued Resolution No.82 approving Addendum No.16 of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement for Nhon Trach 1 Power Plant between PVGas and PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power).
