          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND1,000 for every 01 share they own)

               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Song Da No. 11 JSC on working days from 18/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 
          - Exercise date: 18/12/2020
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 20% (shareholder holds 10 shares will receive 02 new share)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit, odd shares (if any) will be canceled

               + For undeposited shares: the owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at Song Da No. 11 JSC on the working days and submit Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy)
