Based on the Board resolution dated March 16, 2017 by the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF), the general meeting of shareholders approved a recovery plan by Mr. Vo Truong Thanh and Mr. Vo Diep Van Tuan. Until the present, Mr. Vo Truong Thanh and Mr. Vo Diep Van Tuan completed the asset transfer as negotiated with Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation.
