On August 20, 2020, the BOD of Hoa Sen Group issued a decision to approve the stock buyback as treasury shares from the employees resigned that they participated in the stock issuance under ESOP 2017. Details are as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 287,100 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 40,000 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned.

-   Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-   Purchase price: VND 10,000/share

-   Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
