On August 13, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the separate and consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2020 by City Auto Corporation. On august 18, 2020, HOSE received an explanation for the differences more than 5% in business results in the semi-annual financial statements and the Quarter 2/2020 financial statements.

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, the Company was late in the disclosure of explanation. Therefore, HOSE reminded and suggested FECON Corporation comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
