Pursuant to Regulations on Listing at Hanoi Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.639QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been removed from supervision to be under alert:
Issuer: Petro Viet Nam Gas City Investment and Development Joint Stock Company
Stock code: PCG
Reason: Profit after tax of the first 6 months of 2020 is positive and the retained earnings as of 30/6/2020 in the Reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2020 (consolidated) is negative, according to point 4.2, Clause 4, Article 14 of Listing regulations.
Effective date: 25/8/2020.
