On August 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Idico Urban and House Development Investment JSC decided to convene the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

- Record date: September 09, 2020;

- Meeting date: estimated in October 2020;

- Meeting venue: The Head office of Idico Urban and House Development Investment JSC, Road No.4, Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Phuoc Thien commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province;

- Content: to amend the Articles of Association (to supplement business lines).
