On August 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders unanimously approved to transfer the entire stake at Vinatrans Danang at a price not less than VND104,000/share.

2)      The public offering of shares owned by Vinalink International Freight Forwarders at Vinatrans Danang

-          Offering volume: 439,200 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Selling price: not less than VND104,000/share

-          Beginning date of the offering: August 17, 2020
