The Board resolution dated August 17, 2020, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish subsidiary:

-          Company name: CEN Brand Management and Investment Company Limited

-          Short name: CEN BM

-          Address: Floor 2^nd, 137 Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 20,000,000,000 (CRE contributed 100% charter capital of CEN BM

-          Owner: Century Land Joint Stock Company

-          To appoint Mr. Chu Huu Chien as the representative of contributed capital of CRE in CEN BM.

2)      Approving to terminate the operation of CEN Quang Binh representative office at PG – 06, Le Truc Street, Hai Dinh Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province, Vietnam.

3)      Approving to terminate the operation of CEN Thai Nguyen representative office at Floor 6^th, FCC Building, 64 Hoang Van Thu Street, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Thai Nguyen, Vietnam.
