VTB: Board resolution on the extension of the term of CEO

According to Board Resolution No.50/2020 dated August 05, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) approved to extend the term of Chief Executive Officer for Mr. Vu Duong Ngoc Duy until the date the Company convenes the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
