HVG: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of HVG stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Hung Vuong Corporation
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: HVG
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 227,038,291 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 2,270,382,910,000
-          Trading restriction: HVG can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 13/08/2020
-     Reason: companies whose securities are delisted and have not yet resolved the cause of the stock delisting at Point m, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 of government and According to Point e, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HVG stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
