On August 11, 2020, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 194,760 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 55,700 shares

- Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned

- Expected trading period: from August 21, 2020 to August 25, 2020

- Trading method: to buy back shares and transfer the ownership to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company

- Purchase price: 100% par value.
