Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on June 19, 2020, as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

Article 2: Approving the report on business performance in 2019.

Article 3: Approving the business plan for 2020.

Article 4: Approving the profit distribution plan for 2019.

Article 5: Approving the plan for capital increase by issuing shares for dividend payment.

Article 6: Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

Article 7: Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.

Article 8: Approving the selection of audit firm for auditing the listed company's financial statements in 2020.

Article 9: Approving an employee stock owner plan.

Article 10: Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020. 

Article 11: Approving the audited report on the use of capital after the share issue to the existing shareholders in 2017. 

Article 12: Approving the 2019 private placement.

Article 13: Approving the resignation and appointment of the CEO and Legal Representative of the Company.

Article 14: Approving the resignation and election of members of the Board of Directors for the remaining time of the term from 2017 to 2022.

Article 14: Approving the resignation and election of members of the Board of Directors for the remaining time of the term from 2017 to 2022.

Article 15: Approving the resignation and election of members of the Board of Supervisors for the remaining time of the term from 2017 to 2022.

Article 16: Approving the amendment of the Company’s Charter and corporate governance regulations.

Article 17: The Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Directorate and shareholders of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company are responsible for the implementation of this resolution.

Article 18: This resolution shall take effect from June 19, 2020.
