1)      Approving to issue the Articles of Association.

2)      Approving to issue the Internal regulations on corporate governance.

3)      Approving to set up the Internal audit Board:

-          Tran Viet Anh: Head of the Internal audit Board

-          Luong Tri Thao: member

-          Bui Ngoc Duc – member.
