Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.21/2020/NQ-HDQT dated July 30, 2020 as follows:

1) Approving that International Consulting Co., Ltd. (99.9% charter capital owned by Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company) agreed the plan for allowing Binh Trung Real Estate Investment and Trading Ltd. to borrow capital with a maximum loan of 780 billion dongs; and approving the borrowing plan of Khang Phuc House Trading Investment Co., Ltd. at Vietinbank – Branch 11 with a limit of 1,000 billion dongs.

2) Approving to invest more funds to raise the charter capital of International Consulting Co., Ltd. (expected more than 50% charter capital of International Consulting Co., Ltd.). At the same time, International Consulting Co., Ltd. will also contribute more capital to increase the charter capital of Binh Trung Real Estate Investment and Trading LTD.
