BT6: ​Additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction

On 08/07/2020, pursuant to HNX’s Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/9/2019 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announced the additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Beton 6 Corporation
- Stock code: BT6
- Additional reason: The company had negative owner’s equity in financial report for fiscal year 2019 and The auditor refused to give comment on 2019 financial statement of holding company. According to Point b and d, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under trading restriction.
HNX will announce the approval for the stock to resume trading after the Company overcomes the reason for being put under trading restriction.
