On July 01, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 30, 2019 of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company. In accordance to regulations, the Company must disclose documents of annual general meeting at least 10 days before the opening date of annual general meeting. However, until the present, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has not received any documents or invitation letters, etc. of Annual General Meeting 2019 from HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.  

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded and suggested HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
