6. Reasons:
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 5% (shareholders will receive VND 500 for every share they own)
- Exercise date: 12/08/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: HPT Vietnam Corporation on working days from 12/08/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be cancelled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: HPT Vietnam Corporation on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
