The Board resolution dated July 01, 2020, the BOD of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company (AAA) approved the purchase of shares of An Vinh Packaging Plastic Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Number of shares owned: 3,000,000 shares, equivalent to 6.97% charter capital

-          Additional shares volume (estimated): 21,300,000 shares, equivalent to 49.53% charter capital

-          Time of implementation: expected in July 2020.

-          Number of shares expected owning of AAA in An Vinh Packaging Plastic JSC after receiving transfer: 24,300,000 shares, accounting for 56.51% charter capital.
