Board Resolution No.074 dated June 30, 2020

1)      Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc, Member of the Board of Directors, to be Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors from June 30, 2020.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang Tien as Member of Audit Sub-Committee and appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc to replace Mr. Tran Quang Tien as Member of Audit Sub-Committee from June 30, 2020.

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh as CEO cum Legal Representative from July 01, 2020.

2)      Appointing Mr. Dang Vu Thanh, Member of the Board of Directors, as CEO cum Legal Representative for three years from July 01, 2020.
