On June 18, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received an audited report on the use of capital from the private placement dated July 24, 2018 by Kosy Joint Stock Company. Based on Point b, Clause 4, Article 8 and Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BCT dated 10/06/2015 by the Ministry of Finance, the Company has not sent reports and disclosed information on the progress of the use of capital from private placement every six months from the end of private placement to the end of projects to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. Therefore, the Company did not disclose information in accordance with the above provisions.

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange strictly reminded Kosy Joint Stock Company to comply with the current regulations on the stock market to ensure benefits for shareholders.
