On July 30, 2020, Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 3,862,998 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares, to raise the value of shareholders.

- Expected trading period: from August 14, 2020 to September 11, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
