According to Board Resolution No.3006/20 dated June 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company unanimously elected Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc as Chairman and Mr. Do Xuan Dien as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term from 2020 to 2025.

On the same day, the Board of Supervisors unanimously elected Mr. Le Hong Phong as Head of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2020 to 2025.
