7. Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,631,989 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 16,319,890,000
9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares): 100:25
10. Capital source: The undistributed net profit on the audited financial statements of the company as of December 31, 2019 is VND 24,127,501,680
11. Record date for the share issue: 12/08/2020
