The Board resolution dated July 20, 2020, Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: TVS) approved the following issues:
1) The BOD approved to raise charter capital of Thien Viet Assets Management (TVAM) from VND 25,000,000,000 up to VND 100,700,000,000 in the additional issuance of 7,570,000 shares to existing shareholders.
2) The BOD approved Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company to buy 7,500,000 shares, equivalent to 99.2% of TVAM’s expected issue volume.
