On July 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) approved the following issues:

1)      To establish Antares Vietnam Joint Stock Company to mange Antares Project as follows:

-          Company: Antares Vietnam Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: 1,000,000,000 dongs

-          HODECO invests 50%, equivalent to 500,000,000 dongs

2)      To remove the transfer restriction for 476,780 shares (the bonus shares issued to the Company’s employees in 2019)

3)      To amend the Company’s Charter regarding charter capital:

-          Charter capital before adjustment: 579,244,400,000 dongs

-          Charter capital after adjustment: 665,158,370,000 dongs.
